SURVEYING

In order to sustain our work flow and better plan and schedule our projects, it is important to have an in-house staff of professionals dedicated to providing accurate and timely surveys. We start all of our projects with the confidence and reliance on timely and accurate field data to support all of our design efforts. We are able to streamline the process and minimize errors from initial planning, through final design to completed construction.

While the technology available to the surveyor has seen dramatic improvements over the last decade, the professional surveyor is still the one who must exercise judgment in applying the data produced with this technology. Judgment is still the key element in producing an accurate survey which meets the needs of the client whether it is a mortgage survey or and ALTA/ACSM commercial survey. ALTA/ACSM Surveys, GIS, Spot Surveys, Construction Staking, High Order GPS Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Hydrographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Monuments, Real Time GPS, Control, Robotic Total Stations.

Our Survey Department uses the latest in Robotic Instruments including the Trimble S6 and S3 Series Robotic Instruments. The Trimble S6 is regarded as the top of the line in Robotics. We also have two GRS-1 GPS Receivers which run off the National Geodetic Survey's Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS). The CORS keeps all jobs on State Plane Coordinates and helps save time with set up on site.
